Esther Gokhale, LAc. 8 Steps to a Pain-Free Back. She has great tips in her newsletter available from her website. She focuses on postures & motions of daily life: sitting, standing, hip-hinging/squatting, lying, walking.
Eric Goodman, DC. A great place to start is with his Foundation Training DVD set.
He and Peter Park wrote Foundation, c. 2011 by Rodale Press. His website is foundationtraining.com.
Stuart McGill, PhD at the University of Waterloo, Canada. He has researched spinal biomechanics for years.
